Russian banks bid $1.319 bln at treasury’s deposit auction

MOSCOW, Sep 6 (PRIME) -- Russian banks bid U.S. $1.319 billion at a $500 million ruble 12-day deposit auction held by the Federal Treasury on Thursday, the authority said in a statement.

The funds will be placed on Friday and returned on September 19.
